long time no blog

So a new friend said to me the other day, "You know what's the worst? Someone who has a blog but never actually posts anything on it!" I had to admit that that person was totally me! I'm going to give this a try again...

This summer we went back to the Southeast for 3 weeks....to the beach, eric's parents' and my dad's house. It's been a hard road coming back home. Being in my parents' house was weird. Sad and weird. Since coming back to California, I've enjoyed hanging out with my kids, but I'm feeling so conflicted about life and purpose and....life in general. I know this is all part of getting used to a new place. But it's still hard.
